JAKARTA (TheInsiderStories) – Indonesian shares are expected to trade flat to lower today on potential profit taking after recent days rally, analysts say. Any correction, however, could be used by some players to make some accumulation.

On Thursay, the Jakarta Composite Index (JCI) closed lower 25 points or down 0.49 percent to 5,126.

Analysts say the JCi may have been in overbought position that could have triggered some profit-taking.

Overnight, DJIA lsot 0.42 percent, S&P500 fell 0.36 percent and Nasdaq was down 0.31 percent.

Indosurya said the JCI is expected to move within range of 5,174 (support level) and 5,288 resistance level.

Capital flow, they said, may continue on the back of tax amnesty program and stable economy.
