The Insider Stories Morning Notes – JCI likely to be mixed, eyes on economic data

JAKARTA (TheInsiderStories) – The Indonesian shares are expected to trade mixed today as gains in some big caps are likely to be offset falls elsewhere on profit taking after recent days gains.

Investors are also likely to wait for release of economic growth data due out today.

On Thursday the Jakarta Composite Index (JCI) closed up 21 points or up 0.41 percent at 5373.



Overnight, Wal Street shares ended mixed.

Asjaya Indosurya said technically the JCI is expected to trade within support level of 5336 points and resistance level at 5444 points.

“The JCI is expected to continue its uptrend supported by capital inflow,” Asjaya Indosurya analyst William Surya Wijaya said.
