JAKARTA – Followings are some news briefs that may affect shares trading:

  • Stock exchange authorities suspend stock trading PT Jasa Prima Tbk (KARW, Rp324) in the regular market and cash in today’s trading. The suspension is related to the increase in prices is considered significant authority. The stock price rose 214.56% from Rp103 on 28 Jul16 be Rp324 at 5 Sep16.
  • PT Krakatau Steel Tbk (KRAS, IDR820) will issue a maximum of 4.9 billion shares at an exercise price will be determined later by the board of directors and commissioners. Equity KRAS that can be distributed to owners of the parent per June 30 amounted to US$1.81 billion or equivalent Rp23,91 trillion (Kurs Rp13.180) means KRAS book value per share of Rp 1,515 per share.
  • PT Greenwood Sejahtera Tbk (GWSA, Rp141) plan to raise capital through the issuance of new shares (rights issue). Greenwood plans to issue as much as 2.5 billion shares with a nominal value of Rp100 per share. In other words, Greenwood targeting additional capital as much as Rp 250 billion.
  • PT Mandiri Tunas Finance (MTF) which is a subsidiary of PT Bank Mandiri Tbk (BMRI, Rp11.175) offering of bonds III Mandiri Tunas Finance Phase I in 2016 with a value by as much as 500 billion. In the first stage of this bond issue the company split in two series. For series A coupon offered 7.95% -8.7% with a term of three years and Series B 8.25% -9%, a term of 5 years. The bonds have received ratings of AA + Rating Agency Securities PT Indonesia (PEFINDO).
  • Finance Ministry issued a state Islamic securities (SBSN / sukuk) worth Rp6 trillion on Tuesday’s regular auction. The number was above the 4 trillion indicative target set Financing and Risk Management Directorate General of Ministry of Finance on the announcement of the auction last week.

Most equity funds posted a positive performance during August 2016. The average equity fund return is reflected in Infovesta Equity Fund Index grew 1.28% (MoM). Some products mixed funds recorded a positive performance (this is reflected in the average return is 0.76%).
