JAKARTA (TheInsiderStories) – The followings are some market news, compiled by our team and Mandiri Sekuritas that may affect market trading today:

*Finance Minister Sri Mulyani Indrawati reported the achievements of tax amnesty program until Oct. 12. She said the amount of the taxpayer (WP) reached 405,405 and the declaration of assets reached Rp3,826.81 trillion.

*The government is pressuring Google Asia Pacific Pte Ltd for failing to pay taxes. So far, Google gained an advantage over its business in Indonesia. The government is conducting an examination on the company. The examination is being conducted by the Office of Special Jakarta against Google and the process of law enforcement.

*PT Perusahaan Gas Negara Tbk (PGAS, Rp2.560, SELL, TP Rp3.400) has constructed gas pipeline with a lenght of 7,200 km. This number increased compared to the total length of the pipeline end of 2014, which reached 6,616 km. PGN indirectly contributes 78% of the construction of a gas pipeline in Indonesia.

*PT Surya Toto Indonesia Tbk (TOTO, Rp6,150) again split the nominal value of its shares or stock split. The Company will conduct stock split with a ratio of 1:10. The stock split was made to reach retail investors. With this stock split, the nominal value of the company’s shares at Rp 50 per share will fall to Rp5 per share.



*After being found guilty by the Business Competition Supervisory Commission (KPPU) for cartel practices in the chicken industry, PT Charoen Pokphand Indonesia Tbk (CPIN, Rp3.700), PT Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk (JPFA, Rp1.705), and PT Malindo Feedmill Tbk (MAIN, Rp1.505) plummeted.
